I would attribute this to a simple delay somewhere in the transaction:
1) The scratch server could have been having problems when it was posted
2) The RSS server could have been down for that week
3) Your reader could have missed it for a week
4) Maybe you just didn't notice it for that week?
Personally I don't think it is too much of a problem, but if it is more serious than I'm thinking, please respond.
