Okay, so I volunteered to help set up and teach at Teen Tech Camp 2010. Teen Tech Camp is a great program here in Memphis that introduces many different types of technology to teenagers, but is centered around how to use Scratch. I remember that there were alot of questions that we had, most of them basic, that the instructors could not answer. I imagine I'm more advanced than those instructors now.
So this year, I want to have a gallery of tutorials ready to present to them about basic Scratch stuff (movement, scrolling, jumping, etc...) so they will not have to struggle like I had to do to find this information (and the searchbar won't work, so I can't search myself) . It will also be good for new Scratch members. If you could recommend and provide a link to some good tutorials on the basics, that would be great appreciated.
Here is the link
OT: last year, we got to ride a hovercraft made out of plywood, a leaf blower, and some heavy duty plastic. Then, using professional T.V show making equipment, we made a mini T.V show
Good times...

I kinda have a huge collection of simple projects with things such as, jumping, running, and slope detection, shooting, basic AI (with shooting), basic scrolling, and there's even one for split screens though that's fairly complex for newbies in scratch
pages 5 and 7 contain the projects

Thank you, dingdong and Playwithfire (fantasytales). Your turorials were excellent additions to my gallery.

Depending on how much time you have you may not need that much content. If you have a week then spend 3 days teaching them stuff and let them make a project for the remaining 2 days.
