Custom Preloaders??

This is kind of a weird idea, but what if you could make your own preloaders to your projects? Instead of that boring blue Loading... bar, users can have their own loading bars/animations to their projects. This is especially handy for animation and games, and it would make a project cooler! I propose a new tool in Scratch 2.0 that allows users to make their own preloaders.  cool

I think the scratch team has already said no because you should be focusing on the program, not the loading.
