Harry Potter was unique, and has started the modern rage for fantasy.
While the author of Twilight, picked a time of day, two monsters, through a monotonous girl in the mix and called it a book.
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

I agree with the tomato soup guy. Harry Potter is a literary achievement, and a great contribution to the world of fantasy books. In other words, I LOVE YOU, HARRY POTTER!

Artemis Fowl > Harry Potter > Lord of the Rings > Twilight in my opinion. The Lord of the Rings wasn't necessarily a bad book, but it was a boring and slow read, and that's sometimes more important than the story.

well, I'm reading harry potter and I'm a fanatic so... hmm... HARRY POTTER IS AWESOME!!!!! I would read harry potter over twilight any day! But twilight is ok... kind of boring, from my perspective!

Lol! I think harry potter is better because it actually shows! Twilight just drones on and on *snore* but harry potter's books actually use discriptive language! That means it uses words that actually discibe! In this case, Twilight doesn't! So, logically, you are correct! I would watch barney over twilight movies! Wouldn't you, everyone?????

Harry potter is better than twilight. I have read all of the HPs, none of the TLs, but still think that HP is better. good books, good movies (exept for the 6th), and good video games.

guys can you please state why you like Harry Potter better? I doubt many of you have actually read Twilight, and are only saying it is bad because that's what everyone else thinks.

I totally have a reason to say Harry Potter's better, because I read both and am a FORMER Twilight fan. I read Harry Potter first, and to this day its the greatest book ever written. Well, The Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, Warrior Cats, and any book by Stephen King are all my favorites too. I have reasons to like them all. Twilight is a sloppy romance that doesn't teach you anything, it ruined the vampire image. I think a series I just started reading called Cirque du Freak is a great vampire book, about REAL vampires. So is Dracula.
HARRY POTTER IS STILL THE BEST BOOK EVEH!
