I previously installed Scratch under KDE4 using the ppa repository, and everything seemed to work fine. However, with the latest upgrade to scratch, things have broken, and the following is output from attempting to reinstall. Any attempts to remove the package lead to (Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should reinstall it before attempting a removal.) and force me out. The issues below are also preventing me from installing anything else on the system, so any assistance, suggestions, ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Nevermind. Seemed to be a general install issue, which just happened to seem to be pointing to Scratch as the culprit. A bit of strong-arm tactics has resolved the issue.
