I Need Help

Please, I need help. Im making a scrolling game, the screen continuously scrolls on the y axis. But, when the two sprites switch(its scrolling with 2 sprites) they blink for 1/2 a second! I uploaded it, so you can see the blocks. Please help. Here's the project
