I'm guessing it's a Mojonbo Tangrowth? Knock Off, power whip, leech seed, sleep powder?

Yep. I use it mainly in my Uber teams, and usually paired up with either Groudon or Cherrim.

I have a trick scarf Jirachi of my own, but I don't have a choice scarf. I got the Jirachi over Serebii from some guy called Scrible.
