Basically, as a judge you have to vote with me on each round. Here's how it works:
Since there are 8 people, and sixteen projects (so far) there will be 2 "tiers". Each tier will be divided into 8 projects each. All 8 of these projects will be paired against each other. You and me will give a rating on a scale of 1 to 10 for each project. The project with the most TPS will move on to round two where I have a different elimination involved. Since you are my only other judge you HAVE to be commited, and vote on every round. I'll give you a nudge if you don't show up though. That's how it works. Any questions?

Yes, I have a question, do I come on march 2 and then show up every day after that? Or do I do it all at once? And how do you give me a nudge? Sorry, I'm kind of new to the forums.

The entries have to be in by march 2. Maybe you would consider being a judge instead? We only have 2 and we kinda want 3...

Excellent! Everything is perfect. We now have 8 contestants, sixteen projects, three judges, and one awesome contest. We'll start the contest on march second.

To nudge you I'll go to one of your projects (if you have one) and give you a comment saying you have to judge. What I mean, is that we'll divide the sixteen projects into rounds. Then, all of us will look at each of the projects and vote on it. I can;t really explain it better than that, but you'll get the hang of it probably. Mininut4, you also need to be dedicated. And finally, fanoceana, you need your project out by march second, and have posted it or else you can't enter. If you can't get it out by then than pick another project, or else you can't play.

Oh No! that makes it 18 projects! Can we still judge with 18?

Of course we can judge. It just means we'll have one three-way contest in which two people are eliminated, or we could use the "by" system. In the "by" system, a random project will get a "by" and move on to the next round without fighting anyone.

That makes ten contestants.

Okay, that's eleven peoples, meaning 22 projects. This might be a bit more complicated than I was hoping.

If we need more, you and I could enter our best and judge each others or something...? Or we could wait till we have 32 projects...? >:\
