Sensitivity of Color

Just how sensitive is the "touching color" tool. Does it discriminate between (RGB) FF,FF,FF and FF,FF,FE ? What is the band of reasonable discrimination?

Same boat here - working on an autonomous "robot" navigation through a maze. Like the language, though miss some of the tools and functions ( makes it a challenge  smile
