Hey kinzmon102, certain forums are closed off from posting new topics - this includes 'Announcements', 'FAQ', 'and the archived/permanently closed forums (such as 'Text-Based Games', 'Inspiration and More' and 'Educators'). But you should be able to post new topics on other forums.
