I like the idea!

Maybe you could add, remove, and name ranks, so you can choose what they can do in the gallery, so you can choose if they can:
-comment/reply
-delete comments
-change icon
-add project
-change descriptions
-etc.
And along with that, you would choose a tiny icon for the rank, which could appear in the description, and next to the person's name within the gallery's comments.

And maybe you could be able to set who could do what.
This would be amazing if Scratch did this!
