This block isn't functioning at all:

I have tried Re-installing scratch, and it still isn't working! Any suggestions on what I should do?

Maybe a bug which os and version of scratch u are using ?? and a good idea is to use the play sound block just down this block then type i think it will work
*(cause this is the fastest sensor block in scratch as much as i have seen so u might be missing its run)
