My Pen & Paper Game (Play it with your friends!)

You'll need a pack of cards, two pieces of paper, 1 or 2 pencils, someone two remember the rules, and a lot of time.

Get your paper and you canuse teams for extras or just two people.

Right the names of the teams on the two papers.

Two decide the population of a city, follow this.

Draw 5 cards for population. (Aces high, all cards above 10 equal 11.)

Start with 4 stores, 2 workers per store. Everyone else becomes immediate infantry (first army rank).

Say my population was 50

50-8=42

So the army looks like,

42 Infantry (25 to upgrade) (100 to Jump Upgrade to Swordsman) (125 to Jump Upgrade to Knight) Cost $100
0 Archers (50 to upgrade) (75 to Jump Upgrade to Knight) Cost $150
0 Swordsman (75 to upgrade) (No jumps) Cost $200
0 Knights (No upgrades/jumps) Cost $250

So now we have an army, population and stores. Good, that means your ready to learn the basics.

Battle
In battles, each team chooses who they would like to take out to battle privately, then tells the other team and is not allowed to change strategy once plans are revealed.. Battle goes like this.

Knights first, each team have knights? Battle it by drawing cards an whoever has the highest wins. Other team -1 Knight.

Out of knights but the other team still have some? Use 3 Swordsmen two defeat the knight but automatically lose two swordsmen.

Deals like this are considered 3 for 2, 3 being the amount sent, 2 the amount dead.

Knights against archers are 4 for 3s.

Knights against infantry are 5 for 4s.

If you can't perform these trades the knight wipes out those people if he still exists.

(Hopefully you are smart enough to continue with lower level combat based on this.)

Buying and Market

A shop cost $200 dollars and requires two people from your infantry. (Just infantry.)

Every 15 minutes, you gain $100 per shop you own.

Costs for more armymen are above. Money is also used to upgrade, costs also told above.  Jump Upgrades are skipping classes.

Now you know how to work everything, you and the other team take turns buying supplies, and army. Every two turns there is a battle turn, which is when the battles happen.

Any questions? Just ask! Got an idea for a name? Tell me!

Most of all,

HAVE FUN!

Never played it, I was at my friends house and boredom was not an option. Both having a thing for RPGs, this was born.

It sounds like Risk to me.  Risk is awesome!

But Risk takes so long to finish a game that no one will play it with me  hmm

How do you win? It might say so somewhere in the post, but I didn't read all of it.
