Well, we just got a new iMac at our house (the 27 inch!), and it's awesome. However, when I run Scratch, I notice an issue in the way that fonts are being rendered on the stage. It almost looks as though anti-aliasing is turned off or something. I can't describe it very well with words, so here's a picture to show you what I mean (Windows left, Mac right)...
How can I fix this? I already tried reinstalling Scratch (in case the image was corrupted). Is there a plist somewhere I need to edit? Any and all help is appreciated! Meanwhile, I'll keep trying to fix it myself, and I'll just use Parallels for now.

There's no anti-aliasing at all when you type text into scratch, on both Windows and Mac. I don't think there ever has been.
But I noticed that the Mac version's text looks really messy compared to the Windows version. That's definitely a problem...

The problem is that it messes up my existing projects when I try to save them because the fonts are different widths. I really don't want to have to go through every sprite of my old projects to update something.
Plus, I just prefer the way that the normal one looks.

Oh - now I get it.
I've had problems in the past with the font sizes changing like that. I don't think there's any easy way to fix it.
Hopefully the scratch team sees this.
