All you have to do is post the web address of the project. If I were placing a comment with a project link in it, I'd do it like this:
Nice project! I really like the rainbow pattern - it adds to the effect. One thing though - here's a project that might help you with the pen stamping: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Paddle2See/89023 Enjoy! :-)
Make sure the web address isn't touching any text though - put spaces.
You can also link to galleries and forum pages. Use the same method.

The linking I was talking about only works with comments.

If you want a link somewhere else LEADING to your project, just copy and paste the text at the top of your internet page (it's in a long box and starts with a http:// or a www.).
if you want to make a link IN your project leasing somewhere else, the best thing you can do is copy and paste the link you want in the project into the project notes to the right. (you can edit the project's notes (and the project's name) by clicking on them!)
