Scratch Boards are not working with Scratch version 1.2.1

I'm using Windows XP (Trad. Chinese version).

Everything ran fine when using version 1.1 before the update, now none of the Scratch boards could be run on any of the computers in my teaching centre (approx 50, including both desktop and laptop).

What's happening to them?
