Getting "no " for an answer

suggestions and tips for why you ask to add a friend and they say no.
1. don't take it personally.
2. Maybe they have too many friends already! This,I think, is the most commen cause.
3. Is this one of your real-life friends? Had a fight lately? Well, there you have it!
4. DO NOT TELL A MODERATOR! Just because they turned you down doesn't mean that you have to get people involved!
5. maybe they pressed the wrong button! Some people on Scratch are new and aren't very fermiliar with the website!
6. maybe they're just grouchy today. This isn't exactly something you can change.
7. do not send frequent friend requests to this person! Give them some air!
8. Wait a while. Maybe they'll change their minds! But, like number 7, DO NOT SEND FREQUENT FRIEND REQUESTS!
9. Write a nice comment on their projects! This sgows your a nice person and you want to be friends!
10. Don't write mean comments! They do have the right to turn you down!

Re: Getting "no " for an answer

We have friend requests now?
I thought it was just you add them so you can keep track of them and if they want to keep track of you they add you back

Yup. Haven't you got a person that added you?  hmm  Cuz that is not the way it works.

Nice advice though.  wink
