iv muted a few people, and iv found that, once you've muted them, you cant see their projects, (Unless you see it on the newest projects) i dont think they can see yours, because a guy i muted had to make a new account to post a comment (not mean) on one of my projects.

I agree with the two above me.  No, other people will not be able to see the comments.  I know this because I have come across that Muted Account message many times on other people's projects yet I have nobody on my Ignore list.

yeah I've been through a lot of mutes. there was one guy i was friends with, I checked his projects and it contained horribly gruesome pictures   

he got banned or something and his projects where covered up with a note from the scratch team...

I've got 0 mutes.
Anyway, you won't be banned when muted by somebody. ☻
