black borders on custome when publishing

I have a simple hand-drawn custome for my little scratch animation. it looks perfectly fine when I run the project localy but when I publish it and watch it online, the custome has this ugly black border around it. how can I get rid of it? I already tried unsetting the compressing-checkbox in the upload dialog.
thanks a lot for your help

Re: black borders on custome when publishing

Could you upload the project so I can try to fix it?

I'm graduating HS this April and going to college in the Fall.

Re: black borders on custome when publishing

Oh, that's a size glitch. It happened in my graphic design project rework too.
