Well, CSS can be useful because :
A: as long as you include it in all of your <heads> of your pages, you will be able to keep your pages in a consistent style.

B: It's easy.
C: It makes your interwebs look betteer.

No, that's RSS. CSS is the thing that - properly applied - makes a website look real cool.
