Who's idea was Windows 7?

On the TV, a lot of people seem to be claiming that Windows 7 was their idea. And they also claim that they are a PC. They are clearly not, it's clear that they are indeed human. Microsoft can't fool us.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

I'll still don't get there commercials and I don't like windows 7, although it is fast, nice looking, and very convenient it commonly has problems with applications designed for XP or vista

They are just imitating the Mac ads.

Overall 7 is pretty good, it is what vista should have been.

Yeah Vista wasn't that great, it kinda felt rushed.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

Overall, I think Windows 7 is pretty good. I still find minor glitches, but it really isn';t a problem.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

7 is WAY WAY WAY better than stupid old Vista. I use it and didn't even have to pay 200 bucks but I had to 1000 bucks but it came with my new computer (computer cost 1000).  big_smile  It's soooo cool.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

I still have XP.

Also, Microsoft made Windows 7, those people who say they invented it are just saying that for the commercials. Same with the other one. It's all advertising.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

One of windows 7's ads is saying that you can perfectly line up 2 windows so they take up exactly half the screen. You can do that on XP by right clicking on the taskbar if you have two windows open and tiling them up.

Another ad is that you can restrict internet access by using the control panel and they claim it like it's a brand new feature that you couldn't do before. Like you couldn't already do that within a webbrowser it's self.

I could go on about all of their ads but I had to get those two of my cheast.

Now about the people claim that windows 7 was their idea. The only input they probably had was a servay or something simular that microsoft used for features in windows 7.

Re: Who's idea was Windows 7?

I wanted better downloading so I sent an angry letter to Microsoft about it. 2 months later, I was blocked from contacting them. 2 more months later, Windows 7 came out.  So windows 7 was my idea.
