Ummm....I said that my project sux, then i got a message asking me to read the terms of use. Plus, is it ok for thier to be guns on scrtach? i mean, with just stick figures.

Depending on context, sucks may be considered as offensive (eg. "This video sucks"). However, it's most powerful with conjunction with other offensive words (nouns).
Guns are okay, if there's little or unrealistic blood.

Guns are ok.
You're not allowed to use language that is considered offensive, even to insult yourself.

The use of word "sux", even it it was just to poke fun of yourself, can be seen as offensive. When posting something online, you must keep in mind that this website is open to people of different ages and backgrounds.
As for the question about guns in a project... this would depend on the degree of violent content in the project. Scratch projects containing mild violent content and/or other content considered okay in the context of US cultural media are accepted, but, at the same time, are not emphasized by the Scratch Team (which means the project can stay on the website but will be marked as "not for everyone" and cannot be on the website's home page. Scratch Team member Bokonon previously explained what could be considered as "mild violent content", you can read the explanation here).

Obviously you should make a game with guns that is like Grand Theft Auto or something, but cartoony, not too violent games with gun are ok. For example if the game might be called "Escape the Spiders" and you have a laser gun it would be fine.

Anyway, guns are fine as long as you don't overdo the gore. Unless you have a fear of blood, a little bit shouldn't offend anyone.

The name of the comic is 'This Comics Sucks' though. What should I call it if I want to make a discussion about it?

You can say something like "This Comic Stinks", "This comic is horrible", "this comic is crummy", or, if the comic really does disgust you "I hate this comic".

The word without the 's' at the end is filtered in the forums. (It really should be in there, though . I'll have to ask the Scratch Team about it.)

No, I mean the actual name of the comic is "This Comic Sucks"

The use of it in a title is a bit disturbing already, as it otherwise might indicate content that may not meet the guidelines outlined in the website's 'Terms of Use'. But to be sure, you may want to ask the Scratch Team about it (along with information and samples of the comic itself, to ensure the comic doesn't have anything inappropriate in it) before doing anything.

No - I doubt there is any trouble. It's probably just the censor filter getting a bit overly enthusiastic. I wouldn't worry about it

Well obiously if your project is removed and you are asked to read the terms (I'm not suprised nobody reads them ) then it is against the rules. I think scratch should point out where you broke the rule even if it is an automated thing like "Please look at rule 3c" or something.
