Why does this happen?
Sometimes, some people type something in the gallery description, and it turns out saying " " " Why does this happen?

I think I heard that it was because they used two apostrophies instead of the quotation mark symbol. I'm not sure, though...

It's a bug.... those usually appear instead of quotation marks and other symbols.
I know what you're thinking! "Neptune! Get rid of those filthy advertisements and give us back the Zarathustra siggy, you horrible person!" Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>Offline
