Have you see the person backroundcreator? All he does is draw backrounds, but he's really good at it.
EDIT: I'm sorry, his name is backrounddrawer, not backround creator.

It just looked like something you would get from Google Sketchup. And I barely use Paint.NET now - moved on to Xara.
