Why can there be 20 people on the forums for 20 minutes and no posts?

I spend a lot of time on the forums and sometimes there will be twenty people doing NOTHING! Whats up with that?

Im not talking about now. around a month ago i was on the forums for an hour and there were around three posts. it was wierd.

I know, but some people were there for an hour, and all the posts were around an hour old. (except for the few new ones, of which there were around three)

Maybe like me they just left their browser open on the page and did something else.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
