Are you talking about your picture? You use an animated GIF for your that. To make an animated GIF, you can use a program like GIMP.

To make stickman animations, you can use either pivot or stykz. If you decide to try, I can give you constructive criticism. (pivot and stykz are easy to find, just google it)
