It's strange because my firewall wasn't bocking it but it blocked that particular patch
As for the firewall I think I was trying to hit the unblock button but I might've hit that third button that pops up beside unblock and keep blocking

I'm not spamming. It's true. Dumping a bucket of water onto your computer will get rid of any firewalls in it.
