I am so close to getting a lappy! :D Help!!
So we saw this great deal, on Dell, for a 15" Notebook, and for $399.99. Whaddya think? Should I get it?

It's the second one.
Just noticed, it only ships to USA. The Canadian site doesn't have it. 
Any way to ship it over here?

video card isn't probably that good, but all the other components are fine, getting windows 7 though is a bit of a bad idea due to that there are actually a decent number of programs that don't work with it
