I have noticed that sometimes there are projects that don't do anything. I look at the notes, then scroll down to look at the comments.
Take Smokepool, for instance.
I looked at the comments, and among them were things like: This is empty! How pointless!
The posters of those comments didn't even bother to look at the notes. Those are sometimes important.
Then, other times, there are games. The instructions are not in-game, sometimes. They are in the notes. But if you don't bother to read the notes, then you would have no idea how to play. Got my point?
Maybe in the notes, someone said "Feel free to take the music, as long as you give credit to me. I spent hours composing that." Then someone who didn't bother to read the notes took the music and used it in one of their projects. Think of how the composer must feel!
So, Scratch on, and Read the notes.

I see what you mean...
While I wait for a project to load, I read the project notes. Actually, I think I always read the project notes...

People really need to see this. I know at least 5 people who get stupid comments that were answered in the project notes.

I always read the project notes, just in case I miss anything. However, on the game "Capital", although it's a great game, the notes are WAY TOO LONG. Be sure not to put too many notes on your projects to spare the reader from boredom.
