Forum Blocks need to be updated. Now.
The blocks are very, very old.

They have to be updated.
The blocks with text changed such as the
[blocks]<play sound[ ]and wait> and <abs([/blocks]
need to be updated as well.

Jonathanpb made a list of all the needed changes, but I'm not sure what the name of the thread was...

I agree as well. It's on the list of things to do - and has been for a while.
