How many people get only 2 views most of the time?
If you do, try to make more friends to look at your projects, and look at theirs, make positive commentson theirs, and of course be nice.
I hear this all the time, on scratch, sometimes you get popular, sometimes people snooze.
I want to hear how this works out and if it does. please try

One thing you can do is propose a person's project to be featured. Then they might see that and they'll propose your stuff etc. And also if you (and that means you [removed by user, HA BEAT YOU TO IT MODS 
]) post helpful information people will look at your stuff.
Forget about the show and tell forum, too many threads, you'll be in the 2nd page within an hour.
BTW Message to those people:
Post helpful thing on the forums more, and take more than 5 minutes to make your projects. Still get under 5 views? Get a friend to propose a project to get featured.
Your method sorta worked for me. One thing is that you actually need GOOD projects. So if you post a lot of announcements, images you found on the internet, 5 second drawings (that means you [removed by user, HA BEAT YOU TO IT AGAIN MODS ]), either get a second random (in my case, test) account or accept where you are.
