Can you somehow make the message panel visible in the forums?

Here is one that is floating in my head.
On average, how often does the Scratch Team check on message, reports, or emails sent to them?
Thank-you for reading.
No problem!
We check email several times a day. We don't always respond right away though - sometimes we need some time to figure out a solution, or consider a response.
The moderation team checks flagged projects and comments several times a day as well.

We've got that on our list! But there are only so many hours in the day. Recently we've been spending a lot of time fighting weasels, so it may be a while....

However, didn't you guys beat the weasel invasion yet? Unless...there is another invasion!

Ah, perhaps you haven't seen the weasels message? Good! That means things with the server are improving.

Thanks for posting this! I've always been curious about what happens when someone gets blocked (but not nearly curious enough to try to get blocked intentionally ). I agree, this would be a good topic for the FAQ forum.

Yippee! Interesting guide! I wonder why chrischb or jonathanpb did not post something like this?
We're not part of the Scratch Team, fg123!

Oops! I thought it was resolved with a no (it supposedly would take too much programming and weird stuff). Yay, it'll be implemented someday!
Good luck with fighting off the weasels. I haven't been attacked in quite a while - seems like it's getting better.

Question: Do you have a record area where you keep track of who's gotten a notification about being mean? Or do you just use your memory?

There's a record - it's all in the database. But don't worry - it's not that a block is automatically put in place after a certain number of notifications. The age of the notifications, as well as the seriousness, are both considered. Notifications that were long ago or for minor stuff (like for a signature that is too large) may not be counted at all.

And a question: How serious is the level of bans?
I guess I'm not sure what you are asking here. How long are accounts blocked? That depends on the seriousness of the issue and how many previous blocks have been placed on that person. They can range from a couple of days to a week or longer.
