If someone is bugging you the best thing to do would be to report their offensive comments or contact the scratch team directly. There really isn't anything anyone else can do.

Yes there is. First, (i have seen this on scratch) you can just ask them to stop, and it worked the time i saw someone do it, and two, scratch doesnt have the time to read every email, three, the person might be deleting the comments they get so that when the moderator comes they see nothing, and the scratcher might not know why the person didnt get banned, four, anything could happen. What if the person didnt read the terms of use? What if they didnt know this was not a site you can swear on?
