Well, since you didn't read what I thought of it, let me tell you again:

Very nice looking, but make the border of the "New Stuff" table more noticeable so it is not going into the main content

It looks cool. The contrasting colors hurt my eyes, though. Also, it's not really ergonomic - no borders and the layout is too wide, which isn't noticeable right now because there's no content, but when you fill it up with stuff you'll see how annoying it could be to have to nearly turn your head to look at different parts of the page. Try to visually split the website into different sections. And don't focus on the graphics too much. xD

It's one.com and it's not free, my siblings chose to subscribe to magazines and I chose a website

Do you by "dynamic layout" mean the windows adjust problem?

Dynamic layout is a layout that changes depending on the browser window size, so yeah. 

For static layout I think you shouldn't use %.

Yes, but the problem is that I'm using a widescreen monitor so what looks good with a static layout looks bad for someone else, but I'll try.
How is it going with your learning by the way? You already seem to know a lot!

I have loads of work right now so I barely have any time to learn. >.< And it's not so much schoolwork as it is all the contests and tournaments I have to partipate in. xP

I also have much schoolwork, I think I've already shortened my lifetime by 5 years.
What kind of contests are you participating in?
