You have to pay for a domain name. I don't know how much they cost, so you're better off using something simple like Webs.

Go Daddy is good. But a domain name could cost 5 dollars a month or more.

If you think it is hard, try MCLI tutorials. Search MCLI HTML on Google and the tutorial will show up. It is really helpful because you make a website with the tutorial.

Yeah, she just left me hanging. She never said goodbye or that she was leaving. She didn't even talk to me in like 2 MONTHS, and I thought we were friends......I mean, everything used to be normal and fine and fun and stuff. Not anymore. All of my friends have left except for Wolf_Warrior and 3 or 4 others. No joke.

I can't be bothered with HTML. About 1 hour after starting I got bored and now you have the resulting site: rhy3756547.byethost32.com.

I tried to set up a forum but Byethost needs special boring settings to get PHPbb working.

Don't learn all at the same time, that really is "deadness".
Start with HTML, as it's the base for everything you will create.
Then CSS, which will allow you to make websites look like they aren't from the 90's.
Then Javascript.
And PHP is not really necessary for a personal website, but it's really great to know, as it's required for a professional webdesigner (ASP is good too).

As jacool said, learn HTML then CSS, then Javascript, and if you want to, learn PHP. PHP is complicated, but if you can learn Javascript, it will be a snap.

I think you should make a more noticeable border for the "New Stuff" table, otherwise it looks like it is connected to the main content. Other than that it looks really nice!
