Windows 7 problems

When I try to run ScrATCH SQUEAK SAYS i HAVE TO OPEN AN IMAGE FILE SO i OPENED SCRATCHES image (sorry my caps lock randomly came on I just got this computer and I am getting used to this keyboard) and then it said "Squeak Warning: image file read problem (0 out of 4 bytes read)" and the buttons are: abort, retry, and ignore.I have no idea if these will help but I'm running Windows 7 on an Asus with it's model number: K60IJ What is going on?!?

When Squeak says that, you should open the file "Scratch.image" which can be found in the Scratch folder. Was that the file you opened?

if you can't find the image file, download the scratch zip and extract the image file out of it
