Does Scratch run on Windows XP Tablet PC?

Hey I was just wondering if Scratch runs on Windows XP Tablet PC because I am getting an OQO (5" Portable Computer) and I want to know if I can use Scratch on it.

It is Windows, right? All windowses (plural of plural... what a whack) support exe files. So does tablet edition.
