Hey, could you give me an answer on my character? 'Cause my little brother saw the sprites, thought the game was cool, wanted to play it, and attacked me when I said it wasn't done.(lol, emotional scarring) So... yeah, I guess that's a pretty lame excuse.

heres an idea: this will probably grow to be too big for scratch and not run so why not make it a byob project and then convert it to an exe. then host it on a site for people to download. in fact i can host it on the dg-games site if you want. that way you can just post a project with a link to it and they can download it without any wait time.

Actually, I think it's only grown about .4 MB since then. The super complicated stuff is already done, really. It's just really hard integrating new features into the old scripts. Turning down music quality also saved some space on it.

Just take out the music and any long sound effects. They cause so much lag it's not even funny. I tried adding music to Spade Boards, and it took me half an hour to fix the mistake. But only 5 minutes to realize it.

Ok, I can't keep procrastinating. The final release date will be Monday, February 15, 2010 (2-15-2010). No matter how far behind I am, the game is being released then, with hopefully most of your submitted characters and features. If your character isn't in by then, I'm sorry, but there was so many characters to put in. I might update it with a new character every now and then though.
