How do you import obluse blocks?

Please help!

cause a bird and a fish could fall in love/but where would they live?

You mean the obsolete blocks? Those are blocks added in a later version of Scratch, one that you don't have. Let's say that I'm using Scratch 1.3, and I'm playing a project made in 1.4 (I've downloaded the project). I look at the new blocks added. They say "obsolete"!
Well, that's pretty much it.

I don't think you can import and export obsolete blocks, sorry.  sad
