You can post small animations, but you can't post thirty second videos or something like that.
I have no idea how to do the animations, though...

You can take ALL the frames in the video and compile it into a gif and post it as an animated gif on the forums. Other then that you must post a link to the video.

You do it the same way as pictures, I think. Instead of uploading an image, I think you upload some animation thing.
I've never tried to post animations, so I might be wrong.

You can't embed videos in the Scratch Forums, but you can convert one to an animated gif and use that.

Hmmm.... that's weird. Which one of the sites did you use to convert the video? You might try using a different one. I'm not sure what is causing that, and I've never really used those websites myself. ^^"
