Fuse RPG

I'd like to make a full turn-based RPG in Scratch, but I think that that's too big a task for one person. I need:

I don't want this to be a glitchy, ugly thing - I want it to be the first full turn-based RPG on Scratch.

Oh, put me down temporarily, I will see if I want to be a programmer.

Name: Fuse RPG
Story: You are a mage looking for a treasure that was stolen from your family centuries ago, but it has been stolen by demons. You must use fusion orbs to fight your way through this rpg to get your treasure back. If you have 10 fuse points, and a fire orb, you fuse them together to make a fireball attack or whatever. What do you think?
