ScratchTube
It would be fun to have a part of the site be like a kid friendly version of YouTube. Kids can post there own videos they make like webshows, plays, music videos of themselves, anything fun. Hey, it is just a thought.

How about to make it more scratch-oriented, you can post things that you do on scratch and how you do them?

You can, but in the form of animations. 
The Scratch website is for Scratch, not for uploading videos.
