If you are looking to make a website, you can use
http://www.webs.com/ (to make a very simple website in a matter of minutes)
http://www.wix.com/ (To make a BETTER website that looks fantastic if you spend a little time with it, it uses flash.)
or
http://www.t35.com/ (If you are good with HTML)
