Scratch

Hi, I would like to become a curator so that I could show projects that I have found that are good, yet unknown. I would also like to become a curator in order to show the community how many unappreciated programs there are. Also, I will pick projects that I think are just fun or funny.

I would love to be the Scratch curator due to the fact that I like a tremendous amount of projects in the Scratch communtiy. I have never been disliked on Scratch nor have I critisized others. I also have an appreciation of art, games, simulations, puzzles, line art projects, bases for games, and remixable art such as the "Add your character" fad. Finally, my selection incorporates projects of all ages, all kinds, and of both genders. Have a nice day. ~lemonpower.

Oh, we consider tons of Scratchers! Remember though, each curator slot lasts two weeks. That means there are only 26 curators per year. There are currently 900+ posts in this thread (and it hasn't even been up for a year yet!)  Even though some Scratchers have asked to be curator a few times, and some have posted helpful things like Jonathanpb's post above, there's still a lot more Scratchers interested than there are spots open...

So, please be patient! (And don't worry - we do read the thread!)

Sifting through some 1000 people is not an easy task.

However, I noticed that you went on the thread top to bottom, the first curators were the ones that posted the first.

I know you didn't mean "first come, first serve", but it is still, inevitably, like that.

When Sparks got selected, I knew you probably looked over me once...

Does asking for curator again increase your chances or make the Scratch Team say: "Oh, he posted already. We'll never pick him..." I guess not, but then again, we are all human, and we all think of each other in different ways, even though sometimes pure impressions make the difference.

If I were curator I would choose games that teach life skills, educational skills, or are fun and kid appropriate, Projects that took time, such as; Bounce Down by flaming trout INC.The projects choosen would change every 2 - 6 hours.I would pick various types of games; educational,art,simulation,animations, ETC.

i would select good projects with few views.

I'd be a curator, because I have very good taste in Scratch Projects. Although, I think there should be a vote on who should be curator. I would like to be a curator because I am random. I like random projects and I do random stuff. Like now I'm in bed and on my iPod touch. 

Could I be a curator please becasue i think people need to see projects that have a point and are interesting and enjoyably and aswell action packed

Hi. My Name is SpriteMaster. I have contributed sprites to the Scratch Community for over a year now. I would like to become the Scratch Curator. I am someone would choose sophisticated projects that take time and effort into them. I will be loyal as a curator and not choose from my heart, but from my head.
