Beware of IMITATING A Scratch Surveys™!

I've recently noticed this somewhere. What difference does it make if you call your surveys A Scratch Surveys™? Also this is a random question not directed at anyone, especially not the creator of A Scratch Suveys, but do you know what (TM) means?

ok, does it really matter? let scratchx have his fun  tongue  i personally like the scratch surveys and the scratch discussion things. there is no need to make such a big fuss out of it. if you don't like it, ignore it. and clearly a lot of people have expressed dislike for them, but scratchx is still making them (good for you!). so this isn't gonna make a difference.

This technically isn't an imitation
Trade Mark means anyone who's in the trade can use them.
A.k.a Anyone who signed up for Scratch since this is a Scratch Survey and the trade is Scratch

And there are none so I can't answer this survey

It's doesn't matter who makes a Scratch survey. The miss use of copyrights and trademarking is annoying.
