Scratch should save a copy of your project somewhere on your comp like every 10 mins, so if scratch crashes, you have the latest up-to-date file the last time it saved. Just like MS Office does.

Brilliant idea! I'm just worried about how much space it would take, and if you were a Scratcher who did Scratch stuff a lot, it'd take tons of space. Oh - it would only keep the latest save, right?

Great suggestion, but there should be an option to how much disk space would have to be used for AR storage.

Only the latest save. It overwrites the old one. Even if you open another project it overwrites that one.

I didn't think of that until I was typing that post - I suddenly thought of it.
