How do I go back to the beginning of my animation?

As I make changes to the background, costumes etc. my stage gets all messed up. I can't figure out how to go back to the beginning to see my whole animation from beginning to end. If I just start it, it leaves the sprites I was working on on my screen. The only way I have figured out to do it is by saving and reopening my project. There has got to be a better way.

Thanks!

Re: How do I go back to the beginning of my animation?

In animations, when the green flag is clicked, the sprites are supposed to prepare for the animation. They'll go to the appropiate costume, X and Y, and so on.

Am I confused? I'm not really sure what you're asking for.

Re: How do I go back to the beginning of my animation?

I am wondering the same thing.  My sprites are all set to different speeds and motion.  As I improve each and play around with scenarios, once I hit the stop button, they stay were they stop.  How do I reset to the beginning?

Look... when people make animations, they program them so they can restart at the green flag.

Have you ever tried downloading animations and studying them? Maki-Tak has some good ones to try.
