Scratch wont let me play projects?

I'll click the green flag, and all of a sudden it wont respond. Earlier i couldn't record,edit,import,export without it not responding. So i re-installed. I have a gateway NV7802u with 463 gigs of space 4 gigs of ram, it runs windows 7 on vista 64 bit.

I host servers for money ya?
