I've been that way too lately. :0
I haven't cried, I mean really cried, since like first grade, until the other day. Because a spike came off my clay dragon. SERIOUSLY! Then later, it's like "Why the heck was I so upset.......?"

Puberty, lol. xD I used to be like that too.
Is there any adult person that you really, really, really trust and feel comfortable with? Usually at this stage teens tend to become suddenly attracted to a certain adult person, whom they see as a "hero". ^^

I finally am posting this topic after thinking about it for a while.
I often am laughing with my friends, and all the sudden my best bud makes a remark and I blow up and start lecturing her for the whole lunch period. Or, I'm just on the computer, something comes over me, and I feel depressed over almost nothing. I start flaming at people and trying to tell people how unfair life is.
I don't know why.
Does anyone know maybe how I can overcome this? It happens a lot......like right now, I feel tired and upset. I don't want to eat or anything, nothing happened. But whatever you do, don't poke fun at this. 'Cause it's not a life, living sad half of the time.
Its just human hormones, they fluctuate, and more when your in your teenage years.

What works well for me when I'm feeling grumpy, or down -
1. Talk to somebody I respect about whatever is on my mind
2. Go for a walk, or get some exercise in some way
The thing about sad / angry feelings is that they pass, eventually. If you are patient, you can actually notice the change.

i just either have a good cry, or curl up on my bed and either hug my pillow or a teddy bear. it works, i also sometimes put on some music or an audio CD, it works for me.

*cough* Nietzsche *cough*
I can't remember me being like that.
And Littletonkslover,
I was like that too, but everytime I felt I was getting moody, I thought in my head what made me upset, and if it's really worth being upset.
Then it often went over.
Before using that 'method' I got easily upset when someone made a wise remark, so I made a list of possible "contra-remarks" I could use in different situations
