My version of Arcanist by JaGeX LTD.
The song at the start is property of JaGeX LTD, you can get it from downloading it with orb points on the offical Funorb site.
The game has 1 spell, you put the crosshair spinning thing where you want; and press space.
The "Play" mode is training.
